CEO of COPETAO (Compagnie des pétroles Total d'Afrique de l'Ouest) at its creation in 1959 and of TCMS (Total Compagnie Minière du Sénégal) in 1972. Polytechnic school. Director of DCEP Coordination at Total. In 1972 he became director of the newly created mining and nuclear sector. Died in 1988.
